Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Art Isabell, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Each piece of our jewelry is carefully prepared in our studio in the Netherlands and securely packed in an elegant gift box. All our parcels are registered and insured. We work exclusively with reputable, international courier companies.

1. OUR COURIERS Depending on the destination country and chosen delivery method, your order will be delivered by one of the following providers:

  • PostNL (Main operator in the Netherlands and for international parcels)

  • DHL (Fast deliveries in Germany, Poland, and across Europe)

  • DPD (Reliable door-to-door courier deliveries)

  • UPS (Express shipments and secure international deliveries)

Available methods and the exact shipping cost for your region are calculated automatically and displayed in the cart during checkout.

2. PREPARATION TIME Since most of our jewelry (including the zodiac collection and personalized products) is handmade to your individual order, the time needed to prepare the product for shipping is usually 1 to 3 business days. During holiday seasons or new collection launches, this time may be slightly extended, which we will always communicate on the product page.

3. SHIPPING TIME & COSTS All parcels are shipped from our studio in the Netherlands. The estimated transit time from the moment the parcel is handed over to the courier is:

  • Netherlands / Belgium / Germany / Austria / France: 1 - 3 business days

  • Poland: 3 - 5 business days

  • United Kingdom: 3 - 6 business days (depending on customs clearance)

  • Other European countries: 3 - 7 business days

Note: Delivery time is estimated by the carriers and may change due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., severe weather conditions or peak logistical seasons).

4. TRACKING Immediately after dispatching your parcel, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail from us containing a unique tracking number (Track & Trace link). This allows you to monitor your parcel's journey in real-time on the chosen courier's website.

5. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES (CUSTOMS & TAXES)

  • For shipments within the European Union (e.g., to Poland, Germany, the Netherlands), you will not incur any additional customs fees.

  • For orders delivered outside the European Union (e.g., to the United Kingdom), the shipment may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

6. PARCEL DAMAGE IN TRANSIT We take great care to securely protect our parcels, but we kindly ask you to check the condition of the shipment upon delivery in the presence of the courier or at the parcel locker. In case of visible damage to the outer packaging, we recommend filling out a damage report with the courier or reporting it via the carrier's system, and contacting us immediately at: contact@artisabell.com.
